The freezer side of our 648PRO was rock solid, which is exactly why I could not work out how the fresh-food compartment had drifted all the way up to 52 degrees. It was the evaporator fan motor — nothing was moving air into the upper cabinet. He had the OEM motor with him, fitted it, and the box was sitting at 38 degrees again by mid-afternoon.

Bertazzoni Engineering and Why Brand-Aware Repair Matters
Bertazzoni has built cooking equipment in Emilia-Romagna since 1882, and its appliances reflect that heritage: heavy brass burners, dual-ring and power burners for a wide heat range, dual-fuel ranges that pair a gas cooktop with an electric convection oven, and clean European control ergonomics. Those design choices deliver excellent results in the kitchen, but they also mean parts and adjustments are specific to the brand. A generic burner cap or a substitute igniter rarely reproduces the flame geometry these units are tuned for.
Because of that, our technicians approach Bertazzoni repairs with the brand's construction in mind. We understand how the spark modules, safety valves, convection fans, and control boards are laid out, which shortens diagnosis and reduces the chance of a repeat failure. Every part we install is genuine OEM or manufacturer-recommended, so the appliance keeps performing to its original specification rather than a workaround.
Serving the South Denver Corridor at Altitude Since 2016
Cooking appliances behave differently at 5,600 feet. Thinner air changes gas combustion and simmer stability, alters convection airflow inside the oven, and lowers the boiling point, which affects everything from a searing burner to a slow braise. When we tune a Bertazzoni range or cooktop in Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, or Castle Pines, we account for those altitude effects so burners light cleanly and ovens hold accurate temperatures through Colorado's dry, temperature-swinging seasons.
Greenwood Appliance Repair covers Greenwood Village, the Denver Tech Center, Cherry Hills Village, Englewood, Columbine Valley, Bow Mar, Centennial, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Castle Pines, and Parker. We are an independent company, not authorized by the manufacturer, offering brand-experienced service every day from 8 AM to 6 PM. Same-day and next-day appointments are typical, the phone at (720) 702-9054 is answered 24/7, and each visit begins with a flat $89 diagnostic you approve before any repair proceeds.
A Bertazzoni service call is a flat $89 for on-site diagnosis, and the exact repair price is presented for your approval once the technician has examined the appliance.

Our Wolf steam oven had been throwing a fill error for weeks and I kept putting off the call, assuming it would turn into an open-ended bill. It was a flat $89 to diagnose, and I had the price of the water pump before he pulled the unit forward an inch. He also mentioned our water is hard enough down here that those pumps rarely see an easy life.
Another company had already been out and told us the drain pump was failing, and quoted us accordingly. This technician spent about twenty minutes with the machine and showed me the drain solenoid was stuck closed — the pump was perfectly healthy. One visit, one part, and the puddle that had been sitting in the bottom of our Cove after every cycle is gone.
What sold me was that he refused to leave early. The condenser fan on our 736TCI had developed a bearing howl you could hear from the dining room, and after replacing it he sat there through two complete compressor cycles to be certain it stayed quiet under load. Most people would have written the ticket and gone.
Fully expected to be told the control board was dead — the column had locked itself out and the panel was showing a UI fault. Instead he cleared the lockout, put the current firmware on it, and charged us for the diagnostic and nothing else. He could have sold me a board that day and I would never have known the difference.
The first visit got it wrong. We were told the water line had frozen up and to give it a couple of days, and of course nothing changed. The second technician found the real fault fairly quickly — the auger motor in the ice maker had seized — and that repair was genuinely careful, tidy, and priced as quoted. Four stars because it should not have taken two trips.
