The freezer side of our 648PRO was rock solid, which is exactly why I could not work out how the fresh-food compartment had drifted all the way up to 52 degrees. It was the evaporator fan motor — nothing was moving air into the upper cabinet. He had the OEM motor with him, fitted it, and the box was sitting at 38 degrees again by mid-afternoon.

Direct Answers
Who repairs Sub-Zero, Wolf, and other luxury appliances in Greenwood Village?
Greenwood Appliance Repair is the local, independent specialist for Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, and every other premium brand across Greenwood Village and the Denver Tech Center. Our brand-experienced technicians install genuine OEM parts only. Call (720) 702-9054 — the line is answered 24/7 — or book online.
How much does appliance repair cost, and what is the service-call fee?
A flat $89 service-call fee covers the visit and a full on-site diagnostic. The exact repair price is quoted only after that inspection, because premium appliances vary widely by model, part, and fault. You approve an itemized estimate before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer same-day appliance repair near the Denver Tech Center?
Yes. We perform repair visits every day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and typically offer same-day or next-day appointments throughout the DTC corridor and south Denver — from Cherry Hills Village and Englewood to Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, and Parker. Because our phone is answered 24/7, an urgent breakdown never has to wait for business hours.
Every visit starts with a flat $89 service-call and diagnostic fee; the exact repair price is confirmed only after our technician inspects the appliance on-site and you approve the itemized estimate.

4.9
Rated 4.9 out of 5, based on 187 customer reviews.
Our Wolf steam oven had been throwing a fill error for weeks and I kept putting off the call, assuming it would turn into an open-ended bill. It was a flat $89 to diagnose, and I had the price of the water pump before he pulled the unit forward an inch. He also mentioned our water is hard enough down here that those pumps rarely see an easy life.
Another company had already been out and told us the drain pump was failing, and quoted us accordingly. This technician spent about twenty minutes with the machine and showed me the drain solenoid was stuck closed — the pump was perfectly healthy. One visit, one part, and the puddle that had been sitting in the bottom of our Cove after every cycle is gone.
What sold me was that he refused to leave early. The condenser fan on our 736TCI had developed a bearing howl you could hear from the dining room, and after replacing it he sat there through two complete compressor cycles to be certain it stayed quiet under load. Most people would have written the ticket and gone.
Fully expected to be told the control board was dead — the column had locked itself out and the panel was showing a UI fault. Instead he cleared the lockout, put the current firmware on it, and charged us for the diagnostic and nothing else. He could have sold me a board that day and I would never have known the difference.
The first visit got it wrong. We were told the water line had frozen up and to give it a couple of days, and of course nothing changed. The second technician found the real fault fairly quickly — the auger motor in the ice maker had seized — and that repair was genuinely careful, tidy, and priced as quoted. Four stars because it should not have taken two trips.
