Local, Altitude-Aware Service Across Greenwood Village

Greenwood Village sits at the heart of the south Denver corridor, where kitchens tend to be outfitted with built-in Sub-Zero refrigeration, Wolf ranges and ovens, and integrated wine storage that reward a technician who understands both the brand engineering and the local environment. Since 2016 we have worked these neighborhoods, from the estate homes near Cherry Hills Village to the townhomes closer to the DTC office towers, and that familiarity keeps our routing tight and our same-day promise realistic rather than aspirational.

Elevation shapes nearly every repair here. At about 5,600 feet, sealed-system pressures in refrigerators and freezers, gas and combustion tuning in ranges and ovens, convection airflow, and even the boiling point in dishwashers all deviate from the sea-level assumptions baked into factory service manuals. A technician who ignores that ends up chasing symptoms; we diagnose with altitude in mind, which is why an accurate reading on the first visit is the norm.

We are an independent company, which means we answer to the homeowner, not a manufacturer quota. That said, we treat these appliances with factory-level discipline, fitting only genuine OEM or manufacturer-recommended parts so a Sub-Zero compressor or a Wolf igniter performs as designed. Reach us 24/7 at (720) 702-9054, and expect a flat $89 diagnostic with an exact repair quote you approve before we begin.

$89 service call

Greenwood Village appointments carry a flat $89 diagnostic fee, and the precise repair figure is provided only after our technician inspects your appliance in person and you approve the work.

The freezer side of our 648PRO was rock solid, which is exactly why I could not work out how the fresh-food compartment had drifted all the way up to 52 degrees. It was the evaporator fan motor — nothing was moving air into the upper cabinet. He had the OEM motor with him, fitted it, and the box was sitting at 38 degrees again by mid-afternoon.

Our Wolf steam oven had been throwing a fill error for weeks and I kept putting off the call, assuming it would turn into an open-ended bill. It was a flat $89 to diagnose, and I had the price of the water pump before he pulled the unit forward an inch. He also mentioned our water is hard enough down here that those pumps rarely see an easy life.

Another company had already been out and told us the drain pump was failing, and quoted us accordingly. This technician spent about twenty minutes with the machine and showed me the drain solenoid was stuck closed — the pump was perfectly healthy. One visit, one part, and the puddle that had been sitting in the bottom of our Cove after every cycle is gone.

What sold me was that he refused to leave early. The condenser fan on our 736TCI had developed a bearing howl you could hear from the dining room, and after replacing it he sat there through two complete compressor cycles to be certain it stayed quiet under load. Most people would have written the ticket and gone.

Fully expected to be told the control board was dead — the column had locked itself out and the panel was showing a UI fault. Instead he cleared the lockout, put the current firmware on it, and charged us for the diagnostic and nothing else. He could have sold me a board that day and I would never have known the difference.

The first visit got it wrong. We were told the water line had frozen up and to give it a couple of days, and of course nothing changed. The second technician found the real fault fairly quickly — the auger motor in the ice maker had seized — and that repair was genuinely careful, tidy, and priced as quoted. Four stars because it should not have taken two trips.
