Local, Independent Service Built for Cherry Hills Village Estates

Cherry Hills Village kitchens are among the most demanding we service, filled with integrated Sub-Zero columns, Wolf dual-fuel ranges, Cove dishwashers, and dedicated wine storage that were specified as a matched suite when the home was built. Repairing them well means respecting the custom cabinetry and panel fronts they're set into, and it means carrying the right genuine OEM parts rather than generic substitutes that can throw off the electronics these appliances depend on. Since 2016 we've focused specifically on this tier of equipment across the south Denver corridor.

Being independent lets us prioritize the homeowner. There's no dispatch queue routing us three counties away, so when you call (720) 702-9054 you reach a company that can usually be in Cherry Hills Village the same or next day. We diagnose on site for a flat $89, explain what failed in plain terms, and quote the repair before touching anything, so you decide with the numbers in front of you.

Why Altitude and Climate Shape Every Repair Here

At roughly 5,600 feet, the physics inside these appliances shifts. Sealed-system pressures in refrigerators and freezers, gas and combustion tuning in ranges and ovens, convection airflow, and even the boiling points that dishwashers rely on all read differently than they would at sea level. Technicians who calibrate to that altitude fix the actual fault instead of chasing symptoms, which is why brand experience and local knowledge both matter on these visits.

Colorado's climate adds its own patterns. Dry winter air stresses gaskets and door seals, dust from the Front Range loads condenser coils, and big seasonal temperature swings work compressors and igniters hard. We factor all of it into diagnosis, and we back the work with genuine OEM parts so the repair holds up through the next round of Denver seasons rather than failing again a few months out.

$89 service call

Service in Cherry Hills Village begins with a flat $89 diagnostic fee, and because premium models differ so widely, the firm repair price is given only after our technician has inspected the appliance in your home.

The freezer side of our 648PRO was rock solid, which is exactly why I could not work out how the fresh-food compartment had drifted all the way up to 52 degrees. It was the evaporator fan motor — nothing was moving air into the upper cabinet. He had the OEM motor with him, fitted it, and the box was sitting at 38 degrees again by mid-afternoon.

Our Wolf steam oven had been throwing a fill error for weeks and I kept putting off the call, assuming it would turn into an open-ended bill. It was a flat $89 to diagnose, and I had the price of the water pump before he pulled the unit forward an inch. He also mentioned our water is hard enough down here that those pumps rarely see an easy life.

Another company had already been out and told us the drain pump was failing, and quoted us accordingly. This technician spent about twenty minutes with the machine and showed me the drain solenoid was stuck closed — the pump was perfectly healthy. One visit, one part, and the puddle that had been sitting in the bottom of our Cove after every cycle is gone.

What sold me was that he refused to leave early. The condenser fan on our 736TCI had developed a bearing howl you could hear from the dining room, and after replacing it he sat there through two complete compressor cycles to be certain it stayed quiet under load. Most people would have written the ticket and gone.

Fully expected to be told the control board was dead — the column had locked itself out and the panel was showing a UI fault. Instead he cleared the lockout, put the current firmware on it, and charged us for the diagnostic and nothing else. He could have sold me a board that day and I would never have known the difference.

The first visit got it wrong. We were told the water line had frozen up and to give it a couple of days, and of course nothing changed. The second technician found the real fault fairly quickly — the auger motor in the ice maker had seized — and that repair was genuinely careful, tidy, and priced as quoted. Four stars because it should not have taken two trips.
