The freezer side of our 648PRO was rock solid, which is exactly why I could not work out how the fresh-food compartment had drifted all the way up to 52 degrees. It was the evaporator fan motor — nothing was moving air into the upper cabinet. He had the OEM motor with him, fitted it, and the box was sitting at 38 degrees again by mid-afternoon.
Independent Viking Repair Specialists
Viking Repair in Greenwood Village
Commercial-style kitchen and outdoor appliances. Our brand-experienced technicians deliver expert Viking repair across the Denver Tech Center corridor using genuine OEM components.
Commercial-Style Engineering That Needs Brand-Specific Service
Viking helped create the professional-style home kitchen, and that heritage runs through everything the brand builds: heavy-gauge stainless, high-BTU sealed and open burners, convection ovens with substantial insulation, and refrigeration tuned for restaurant-grade recovery. Those design choices deliver serious performance, but they also mean the components differ meaningfully from mass-market appliances, and a technician has to know how Viking routes gas, senses temperature, and controls its boards to diagnose a fault correctly.
We service that full range: gas and dual-fuel ranges, sealed-burner and induction cooktops, built-in refrigerators and freezer columns, dishwashers, professional ventilation hoods, and outdoor grills and kitchens. Whatever the category, we install genuine OEM or manufacturer-recommended parts so the repair matches the way the appliance was engineered to run.

Why Altitude and an Independent Approach Matter Here
At roughly 5,600 feet, Denver's thin air changes how Viking equipment behaves. Gas appliances need combustion tuning so burners and oven bakes run clean instead of yellow-tipped, sealed refrigeration systems reject heat differently, convection airflow and boiling points shift, and all of it affects how a symptom should be read. Our technicians factor those altitude effects into every diagnosis rather than applying sea-level assumptions.
Being independent lets us put the repair first. Since 2016 we have served the Front Range with straightforward diagnostics, OEM parts, and a quote you approve before work begins, all backed by a phone line answered 24/7 and same-day or next-day scheduling. It is a practical, honest way to keep a premium Viking kitchen running for years.

4.9
Rated 4.9 out of 5, based on 187 customer reviews.
Our Wolf steam oven had been throwing a fill error for weeks and I kept putting off the call, assuming it would turn into an open-ended bill. It was a flat $89 to diagnose, and I had the price of the water pump before he pulled the unit forward an inch. He also mentioned our water is hard enough down here that those pumps rarely see an easy life.
Another company had already been out and told us the drain pump was failing, and quoted us accordingly. This technician spent about twenty minutes with the machine and showed me the drain solenoid was stuck closed — the pump was perfectly healthy. One visit, one part, and the puddle that had been sitting in the bottom of our Cove after every cycle is gone.
What sold me was that he refused to leave early. The condenser fan on our 736TCI had developed a bearing howl you could hear from the dining room, and after replacing it he sat there through two complete compressor cycles to be certain it stayed quiet under load. Most people would have written the ticket and gone.
Fully expected to be told the control board was dead — the column had locked itself out and the panel was showing a UI fault. Instead he cleared the lockout, put the current firmware on it, and charged us for the diagnostic and nothing else. He could have sold me a board that day and I would never have known the difference.
The first visit got it wrong. We were told the water line had frozen up and to give it a couple of days, and of course nothing changed. The second technician found the real fault fairly quickly — the auger motor in the ice maker had seized — and that repair was genuinely careful, tidy, and priced as quoted. Four stars because it should not have taken two trips.
