The freezer side of our 648PRO was rock solid, which is exactly why I could not work out how the fresh-food compartment had drifted all the way up to 52 degrees. It was the evaporator fan motor — nothing was moving air into the upper cabinet. He had the OEM motor with him, fitted it, and the box was sitting at 38 degrees again by mid-afternoon.

Who provides premium appliance repair in Englewood, Colorado?
Greenwood Appliance Repair is an independent company serving Englewood and the wider south Denver corridor since 2016, with brand-experienced technicians who repair Sub-Zero, Wolf, Bosch, Miele, Thermador, and other high-end appliances. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer; those brand names simply identify what we service. Call (720) 702-9054 any time, or book online.
Does Greenwood Appliance Repair offer same-day service in Englewood?
Same-day and next-day appointments are typical throughout Englewood, and repair visits run every day from 8 AM to 6 PM. Our phone line at (720) 702-9054 is answered 24 hours a day, so you can reach a person whenever an appliance fails. Every visit starts with a flat $89 diagnostic fee.
What appliances can you fix at my home in Englewood?
We repair refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers, dishwashers, ovens, and ranges, covering both sealed-system and control-board faults with genuine OEM parts. Greenwood Appliance Repair calibrates its diagnostics for Englewood's roughly 5,600-foot elevation, which affects everything from gas tuning to refrigeration pressures. Reach us at (720) 702-9054 for a same-day or next-day slot.
Local, Altitude-Aware Repair for Englewood Homes
Englewood sits in the heart of the south Denver corridor, close to the Denver Tech Center and neighboring Cherry Hills Village, Littleton, and Centennial, which keeps our technicians nearby and makes same-day routing realistic rather than a promise we cannot keep. Since 2016 we have built our work around the premium kitchens common in the area, where a single Sub-Zero column or Wolf range represents a serious investment that deserves careful, manufacturer-correct repair rather than a quick generic patch.
Altitude quietly shapes how appliances behave here. At about 5,600 feet, water boils lower, gas burners need leaner tuning, convection ovens move air through thinner atmosphere, and sealed refrigeration systems run at pressures that read differently than they would at sea level. A technician who ignores those factors can misread a symptom entirely, which is why we diagnose with Englewood's elevation in mind on every category of appliance.
As an independent shop we install genuine OEM and manufacturer-recommended parts only, so your appliance keeps the tolerances and safety behavior its maker intended. You reach us two ways, by phone at (720) 702-9054 around the clock or through online booking, and there is never a hidden path or upsell before the flat $89 diagnostic that puts a real technician in front of your machine.
Service anywhere in Englewood begins with a flat $89 service-call fee, and because premium models differ so widely, the exact repair price is quoted only after an on-site inspection you approve first.

Our Wolf steam oven had been throwing a fill error for weeks and I kept putting off the call, assuming it would turn into an open-ended bill. It was a flat $89 to diagnose, and I had the price of the water pump before he pulled the unit forward an inch. He also mentioned our water is hard enough down here that those pumps rarely see an easy life.
Another company had already been out and told us the drain pump was failing, and quoted us accordingly. This technician spent about twenty minutes with the machine and showed me the drain solenoid was stuck closed — the pump was perfectly healthy. One visit, one part, and the puddle that had been sitting in the bottom of our Cove after every cycle is gone.
What sold me was that he refused to leave early. The condenser fan on our 736TCI had developed a bearing howl you could hear from the dining room, and after replacing it he sat there through two complete compressor cycles to be certain it stayed quiet under load. Most people would have written the ticket and gone.
Fully expected to be told the control board was dead — the column had locked itself out and the panel was showing a UI fault. Instead he cleared the lockout, put the current firmware on it, and charged us for the diagnostic and nothing else. He could have sold me a board that day and I would never have known the difference.
The first visit got it wrong. We were told the water line had frozen up and to give it a couple of days, and of course nothing changed. The second technician found the real fault fairly quickly — the auger motor in the ice maker had seized — and that repair was genuinely careful, tidy, and priced as quoted. Four stars because it should not have taken two trips.
