Quick Answers

Who repairs Dacor appliances in Greenwood Village and the Denver Tech Center?

Greenwood Appliance Repair is an independent, brand-experienced service company that has repaired Dacor cooktops, ranges, wall ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ventilation across the south Denver corridor since 2016. We are not affiliated with or authorized by Dacor; the name simply identifies the products we fix. Call (720) 702-9054 any hour, book same-day or next-day, and expect genuine OEM parts on every job.

Does Greenwood Appliance Repair use genuine Dacor parts?

Yes. We install only genuine OEM and manufacturer-recommended parts on Dacor equipment, which keeps the factory calibration, safety cutoffs, and fit intact. Our technicians cover Greenwood Village, DTC, Cherry Hills Village, Englewood, Centennial, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, and nearby communities. A flat $89 diagnostic gets a technician on site, and the phone at (720) 702-9054 is answered 24/7.

What Dacor appliances does your team service?

We repair the full Dacor kitchen lineup: gas, electric, and induction cooktops; dual-fuel and gas ranges; wall ovens; built-in and column refrigerators; dishwashers; and hood and downdraft ventilation. Greenwood Appliance Repair serves the Front Range with everyday visits from 8 AM to 6 PM, same-day and next-day availability, a flat $89 service fee, and genuine OEM Dacor components.

Dacor Engineering and Why Independent OEM Service Matters

Dacor built its reputation on statement kitchen appliances: dual-fuel ranges pairing a gas cooktop with an electric convection oven, downdraft and column configurations for open-plan homes, and connected models with app-linked controls. That sophistication also means faults can span mechanical, gas, and electronic systems at once, from a discolored igniter to a Wi-Fi control board that drops calibration. Our technicians have worked across these platforms for years, so we diagnose the real root cause rather than swapping parts by guesswork.

Choosing an independent shop that installs genuine OEM Dacor parts protects the engineering you paid for. Non-OEM substitutes can throw off oven temperature calibration, defeat a gas safety valve, or fit poorly enough to cause new leaks. We keep the original spec intact and quote every repair before we begin, so you approve the number after the on-site inspection, not before.

Serving the South Denver Corridor at Altitude

From Greenwood Village and the Denver Tech Center out to Cherry Hills Village, Columbine Valley, Bow Mar, Castle Pines, and Parker, we cover the south metro daily. Working at roughly 5,600 feet shapes how these appliances behave: gas burners and oven combustion need altitude-aware tuning, sealed refrigeration systems run at different pressures, convection airflow shifts, and water boils cooler, which affects everything from dishwasher drying to range simmer. We factor those realities into every Dacor diagnosis.

Because we answer the phone 24/7 at (720) 702-9054 and run repair visits every day from 8 AM to 6 PM, most homeowners get same-day or next-day help. Serving the Front Range since 2016, we book by phone or online only, with no forms to fill out, and we bring genuine OEM Dacor parts so the fix lasts.

$89 service call

Every Dacor visit begins with a flat $89 service-call fee, and because premium models vary so widely, the exact repair figure is set only after our technician inspects the appliance on site.

The freezer side of our 648PRO was rock solid, which is exactly why I could not work out how the fresh-food compartment had drifted all the way up to 52 degrees. It was the evaporator fan motor — nothing was moving air into the upper cabinet. He had the OEM motor with him, fitted it, and the box was sitting at 38 degrees again by mid-afternoon.

Our Wolf steam oven had been throwing a fill error for weeks and I kept putting off the call, assuming it would turn into an open-ended bill. It was a flat $89 to diagnose, and I had the price of the water pump before he pulled the unit forward an inch. He also mentioned our water is hard enough down here that those pumps rarely see an easy life.

Another company had already been out and told us the drain pump was failing, and quoted us accordingly. This technician spent about twenty minutes with the machine and showed me the drain solenoid was stuck closed — the pump was perfectly healthy. One visit, one part, and the puddle that had been sitting in the bottom of our Cove after every cycle is gone.

What sold me was that he refused to leave early. The condenser fan on our 736TCI had developed a bearing howl you could hear from the dining room, and after replacing it he sat there through two complete compressor cycles to be certain it stayed quiet under load. Most people would have written the ticket and gone.

Fully expected to be told the control board was dead — the column had locked itself out and the panel was showing a UI fault. Instead he cleared the lockout, put the current firmware on it, and charged us for the diagnostic and nothing else. He could have sold me a board that day and I would never have known the difference.

The first visit got it wrong. We were told the water line had frozen up and to give it a couple of days, and of course nothing changed. The second technician found the real fault fairly quickly — the auger motor in the ice maker had seized — and that repair was genuinely careful, tidy, and priced as quoted. Four stars because it should not have taken two trips.
