The freezer side of our 648PRO was rock solid, which is exactly why I could not work out how the fresh-food compartment had drifted all the way up to 52 degrees. It was the evaporator fan motor — nothing was moving air into the upper cabinet. He had the OEM motor with him, fitted it, and the box was sitting at 38 degrees again by mid-afternoon.

Premium Appliance Service Across Parker
Parker's growth from a small Douglas County town into a corridor of custom homes and newer subdivisions has brought a lot of high-end kitchens with it, and those kitchens tend to run Sub-Zero refrigeration, Wolf cooking equipment, and comparable built-in brands. Greenwood Appliance Repair focuses on exactly this tier of appliance, where the electronics, sealed systems, and precision components demand more than a general handyman approach. Our technicians are brand-experienced and carry the diagnostic tools these units expect.
We cover the whole of Parker and its surrounding neighborhoods, from Stonegate and Stroh Ranch to the Pinery, Canterberry Crossing, and the newer builds along Hilltop and Parker roads. Because we also serve the broader south Denver corridor, our routing keeps drive times short and lets us offer the same-day and next-day appointments homeowners here rely on when a refrigerator or oven quits.

Why Altitude and Independence Matter Here
At roughly 5,600 feet, Parker sits high enough that elevation genuinely affects how appliances run. Sealed-system pressures in refrigerators and freezers, gas-burner combustion and tuning in ranges, convection airflow in ovens, and even the boiling point that governs dishwasher and steam functions all shift compared with sea level. Our diagnostics account for these differences, so we are not chasing phantom faults that are really just altitude behaving as expected.
As an independent company operating since 2016, we answer only to the customer while still installing genuine OEM and manufacturer-recommended parts. That combination keeps repairs both honest and up to factory specification. Reach us anytime at (720) 702-9054 or book online; visits run daily from 8 AM to 6 PM, and the flat $89 diagnostic is the only charge until you approve the repair.

4.9
Rated 4.9 out of 5, based on 187 customer reviews.
Our Wolf steam oven had been throwing a fill error for weeks and I kept putting off the call, assuming it would turn into an open-ended bill. It was a flat $89 to diagnose, and I had the price of the water pump before he pulled the unit forward an inch. He also mentioned our water is hard enough down here that those pumps rarely see an easy life.
Another company had already been out and told us the drain pump was failing, and quoted us accordingly. This technician spent about twenty minutes with the machine and showed me the drain solenoid was stuck closed — the pump was perfectly healthy. One visit, one part, and the puddle that had been sitting in the bottom of our Cove after every cycle is gone.
What sold me was that he refused to leave early. The condenser fan on our 736TCI had developed a bearing howl you could hear from the dining room, and after replacing it he sat there through two complete compressor cycles to be certain it stayed quiet under load. Most people would have written the ticket and gone.
Fully expected to be told the control board was dead — the column had locked itself out and the panel was showing a UI fault. Instead he cleared the lockout, put the current firmware on it, and charged us for the diagnostic and nothing else. He could have sold me a board that day and I would never have known the difference.
The first visit got it wrong. We were told the water line had frozen up and to give it a couple of days, and of course nothing changed. The second technician found the real fault fairly quickly — the auger motor in the ice maker had seized — and that repair was genuinely careful, tidy, and priced as quoted. Four stars because it should not have taken two trips.
