Dacor Range Repair Specialists in the DTC Corridor

Dacor ranges span their Modernist and Professional collections, featuring their exclusive iQ Blower system for ventilation-integrated ranges and HiiLight induction technology. The dual-fuel models combine gas burners with electric convection ovens, each system requiring altitude-specific calibration in the DTC corridor. We service all Dacor range configurations from the 30-inch to 60-inch professional models, addressing altitude orifice conversion for gas burners, iQ Blower motor speed calibration at our elevation, oven temperature sensor drift, and the Wi-Fi connected control panel issues that network variability in Greenwood Village homes can cause.

Gas combustion at the DTC corridor's elevation requires specific orifice sizing and air-to-fuel ratio adjustments that many installers miss. Ranges shipped from sea-level distribution centers to Greenwood Village homes often arrive without proper high-altitude conversion kits, resulting in weak blue flames, inconsistent heating, and elevated carbon monoxide levels.

Every Dacor range repair we perform uses genuine OEM components sourced through verified supply channels. We carry commonly needed Dacor parts and can source specialized components with next-day delivery to the DTC corridor.

Answers at a Glance

Why does my Dacor dual-fuel range simmer poorly or blow out at low flame in Cherry Hills Village?

A Dacor range that won't hold a gentle simmer at Cherry Hills Village elevation usually needs its low-flame setting and air shutters tuned for altitude, or it has a worn valve or partially blocked orifice. At 5,600 feet the leaner air makes a marginal low setting extinguish easily. Greenwood Appliance Repair is an independent, brand-experienced company for the south Denver corridor; we diagnose on site for a flat $89 fee, use genuine OEM parts, and answer 24/7 at (720) 702-9054.

Who repairs both the cooktop and oven on a Dacor range near the DTC?

Greenwood Appliance Repair services the complete Dacor range, from sealed gas burners and igniters up top to the electric convection or gas oven below, throughout the Denver Tech Center, Englewood, and Greenwood Village. We are independent and not affiliated with Dacor, and we install only genuine OEM and manufacturer-recommended parts. Call (720) 702-9054 for same-day or next-day help, available every day from 8 AM to 6 PM.

What does it cost to fix a Dacor range burner that won't ignite?

Diagnosis is a flat $89, and the exact repair cost follows the on-site inspection because a spark igniter, valve, or control board each carries its own part price. Greenwood Appliance Repair gives you a starting-from estimate to approve before work begins and fits genuine OEM Dacor parts. Book by phone at (720) 702-9054 or online any hour.

Two Appliances in One: Servicing the Dacor Range End to End

A Dacor range packs a full cooktop and a full oven into one chassis, and that is exactly why they need a technician comfortable across gas, electric, and electronic systems. Up top we tune sealed brass burners for the leaner air at south Denver altitude, replace tired spark igniters and gas valves, and correct the simmer settings that homeowners notice first when a low flame keeps dying. Continuous grates and burner caps that seat imperfectly are a common, easily missed cause of erratic ignition.

Below the cooktop, the oven brings its own failure modes: a weakening bake igniter on gas models, drifting temperature sensors and worn elements on electric convection models, and control boards that lose calibration and skew every recipe. We diagnose the whole appliance rather than one half, because a shared control board or wiring harness can affect both sections. Genuine OEM Dacor parts go into every repair so the range's safety cutoffs and calibration stay factory-correct, and you approve the quote before we begin.

$89

Expect a flat $89 service-call fee for the diagnosis of your Dacor range, with the exact repair total confirmed once the technician has examined it on site.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Dacor range repair cost in Greenwood Village?

Will you use genuine Dacor parts for the repair?
Every Dacor repair uses components sourced exclusively from verified OEM supply channels. The freezer side of our 648PRO was rock solid, which is exactly why I could not work out how the fresh-food compartment had drifted all the way up to 52 degrees. It was the evaporator fan motor — nothing was moving air into the upper cabinet. He had the OEM motor with him, fitted it, and the box was sitting at 38 degrees again by mid-afternoon.

Our Wolf steam oven had been throwing a fill error for weeks and I kept putting off the call, assuming it would turn into an open-ended bill. It was a flat $89 to diagnose, and I had the price of the water pump before he pulled the unit forward an inch. He also mentioned our water is hard enough down here that those pumps rarely see an easy life.

Another company had already been out and told us the drain pump was failing, and quoted us accordingly. This technician spent about twenty minutes with the machine and showed me the drain solenoid was stuck closed — the pump was perfectly healthy. One visit, one part, and the puddle that had been sitting in the bottom of our Cove after every cycle is gone.

What sold me was that he refused to leave early. The condenser fan on our 736TCI had developed a bearing howl you could hear from the dining room, and after replacing it he sat there through two complete compressor cycles to be certain it stayed quiet under load. Most people would have written the ticket and gone.

Fully expected to be told the control board was dead — the column had locked itself out and the panel was showing a UI fault. Instead he cleared the lockout, put the current firmware on it, and charged us for the diagnostic and nothing else. He could have sold me a board that day and I would never have known the difference.

The first visit got it wrong. We were told the water line had frozen up and to give it a couple of days, and of course nothing changed. The second technician found the real fault fairly quickly — the auger motor in the ice maker had seized — and that repair was genuinely careful, tidy, and priced as quoted. Four stars because it should not have taken two trips.
