The freezer side of our 648PRO was rock solid, which is exactly why I could not work out how the fresh-food compartment had drifted all the way up to 52 degrees. It was the evaporator fan motor — nothing was moving air into the upper cabinet. He had the OEM motor with him, fitted it, and the box was sitting at 38 degrees again by mid-afternoon.
Our Wolf steam oven had been throwing a fill error for weeks and I kept putting off the call, assuming it would turn into an open-ended bill.
